At Brookfield Barn, all the food on your day is provided by one of our 5 expert external caterers. Each offer a variety of styles to suits every taste and budget, and have been selected for their consistently high level of service and understanding of the venue.
Below, you'll find a description of each of our caterers. Most of them operate in the £45-60 per head range, with some of the premium options pricing higher. Enquire with them directly and their teams will be delighted to discuss what they can offer for your canapés, wedding breakfast and evening food.
Your chosen caterer will provide a front of house team leader, chefs and waiting staff who will be responsible for:
- Service of your welcome drinks, wedding breakfast and any evening food
- Setting up the barn for your wedding breakfast, i.e. place settings, table dressing
- Providing table linen, crockery, glassware and cutlery
Head Chef Justin and Operations Manager Caroline offer traditional 3 course meals and beyond with a focus on sourcing local Sussex ingredients. Their particular specialties are creative street food, wood fired pizzas and hog roasts.
